Empowering wāhine to heal, grow, and thrive

Empowering wāhine to heal, grow, and thrive within our professions through a bicultural approach to Kaitiakitanga supervision, guided by te ao Māori, this professional supervision creates a safe, nurturing space that honors cultural identity, fosters clinical excellence, and sustains well-being.

Supervision and pathways of growth

We offer specialised bicultural supervision and holistic support pathways crafted to honour your journey, support māmā, and uplift whānau and communities across Aotearoa.

Papatūānuku

Papatūānuku teaches us how to build unwavering foundations within ourselves and our relationships. Connecting with nature through tikanga practices like karakia, whakaroaroa, and hā deepens our bond with the Earth Mother. Just like Kaitiakitanga, cultivating deep relationships takes time. These elements beautifully illustrate how anchoring ourselves to the earth creates a firm foundation for life.

Mānawa realignment

Realigning your mānawa (heart) with whatumānawa to ground emotional well-being and ancestral resilience.

Pūmanawa awakening

Unlocking inherent talents and inner wisdom to guide your daily professional practice and whānau leadership.

Poumanawa standing

Emerging as an enduring pillar of strength and clarity for your whānau, hapū, and community.

Ko wai ahau

I am a wāhine Māori, a living link between the physical and the unseen, blessed with inherent taonga, my life is a journey of unfolding my true potential and fulfilling my responsibilities. I embody the strength of my maunga and the fluid grace of the moana, within me lives the nurturing spirit of Papatūānuku and the protective shield of a kaitiaki. I am the breath of aroha. I am a daughter and a niece. I stand in my truth, knowing I am entirely enough..

Ko Kaa-rin Kaumavae ahau, he uri o Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Wai, Ngāti Hine, me Patuharakeke.

As a kaiārahi, I am deeply committed to uplifting māmā and wāhine as they navigate professional spaces. Through culturally grounded professional supervision, guided by a bicultural lens, I support growth, safety, and resilience among our frontline workers. My mission is to help heal our communities by empowering those who provide the high-quality support our whānau need.
